Discovery
We bring together the logic that lives across your spreadsheets, procedures and planners' heads and translate it into a precise model: what can change, which rules can and cannot be broken, and which trade-offs are worth arguing about. A model that is too simple misses operational detail; one that is too complex is hard to reason with. Getting that boundary right is most of the work.
Deployment
The model is built on your data on the Ponco platform - cloud-first on Amazon Web Services, with role-based access and per-client encryption - and connected to the systems the data already lives in.
Validation
Results are checked against plans your team already trusts, ratified with the people who will use them, and iterated until the model's answer is one a superintendent would sign. Once established, building and optimising new scenarios is rapid, and the model keeps paying for as long as the inputs keep changing.
Everything ships as one all-inclusive annual subscription covering hosting, licence, maintenance and support, with dedicated consulting time built in.
